The secret of our Colomba? Is Perrino mother yeast
The Classic Colomba by Perrino Pregiata Pasticceria is a threat for the palate which will allow you to discover the authentic taste of tradition. The soft and fragrant dough, together with the sweet and intense aroma of Mother Yeast, create a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
The dough is enriched with Australian sultana and candied orange peels and it is covered with chopped toasted almonds and granulated sugar which provide the Panettone with an inviting and crunchy appearance.

Ingredients
Stuffed with candied orange peels and Australian sultana
INGREDIENTS: “00” flour, fresh butter, fresh egg yolks, water, sugar, mother yeast (gluten), milk, sea salt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands, egg white, sugar.
STUFFING: candied orange peel cubes 15% (orange peel, white sugar, glucose syrup, fructose), Australian sultana 10% (grape, vegetable oil).
FROSTING: almonds and granulated sugar
May contain traces of NUTS and SOY.
Contains GLUTEN, MILK and EGGS.
