The secret of our Panettone? Is Perrino mother yeast!
This Panettone represents the perfect marriage between the unmistakable Milanese pastry and the traditional Campanian one. We decided to use the unquestionable protagonist of Neapolitan conviviality: coffee. This ingredient has an intense aroma which makes us think about the scent of our grandmothers’ kitchens. The classic dough, flavoured with coffee, in enriched with milk chocolate and vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands and it is perfect to satisfy the sweet tooth. The entire product is covered with an excellent white and milk chocolate frosting.
Ingredients
Natural leavened baked handmade product, stuffed with coffee, white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate.
INGREDIENTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh butter, A category pasteurized fresh EGG yolk, water, mother yeast, milk chocolate 23%(sugar, cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, Giava cocoa pasta, emulsifier: soy lecithin and natural vanilla aroma), honey, vanilla pasta, (glucose syrup, sugar, water, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, caramelized sugar),instant coffee 2%, espresso coffee 1%, sea salt, WHEAT malt, Bourbon vanilla beans.
FROSTING: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, rise flour, corn amid, powdered glucose.
COVERING: white chocolate(sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma).
DECORATION: MILK cereals (rise flour), WHEAT flour, corn flour, barley extract, sugar and salt), MILK chocolate (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, coating polishing agents: glucose syrup, vegetable oil, E904, ethyl alcohol, preservatives E200, acidity regulator: E330 (max 0,5%).

It contains GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS and SOY.

To be stored in a fresh and dry place, far from heat sources.
In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
