The secret of our Colomba? Is Perrino mother yeast!
This Colomba honors the undisputable king of pastry: chocolate. The greediest people will love this product in which, Perrino’s dough meets Giandua, the famous and outstanding chocolate from Turin pastry tradition.
The final result is surprising thanks to the melting of hazelnut and chocolate drops and the external cover of dark chocolate frosting.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: “00” wheat flour, fresh BUTTER, fresh pasteurized EGG yolks, water, sugar, mother yeast (GLUTEN), sea salt, honey, WHEAT MALT, corn starch, rice flour, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands, glucose and alcohol.STUFFING: milk chocolate 8,3% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass Giava, emulsifier, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma).
FROSTING: Dark chocolate.
May contain traces of NUTS and SOY.
Contains GLUTEN, MILK and EGGS.
