The main feature of our production is undoubtedly the Mother Yeast, the same used by our grandmothers and passed on from father to son. Thanks to our job, we are allowed to observe the magic behind the leavening process, arising from the merging between our sourdough and genuine primary products. In this way, we are able to provide our products with a unique and unmistakable fragrance, a better digestibility and the best quality, without the use of any preservatives.
The accurate selection of primary products, the dialogue between our pastry chefs and the feedback of our devoted customers, facilitated us in the choosing of the different tastes that better suit with the dough of Prestigious Perrino Bakery’s products.
