The secret of our Colomba? Is Perrino mother yeast!
Limoncello Colomba is the ambassador of the authentic flavours of Campania tradition.
Perrino’s dough is here enriched with a delicious custard made with Sorrento lemons balanced by the sweet taste of white chocolate.
The external part is covered with greedy of white chocolate shavings.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: “00” wheat flour, fresh butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolks, water, sugar, mother yeast (gluten), sea salt, milk, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.STUFFING: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla aroma, candied lemon peel cubes (lemon peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sugar), limoncello custard 15% (glucose syrup, sweet condensed milk, alcohol, dextrose, modified starch, limoncello 3% (water, alcohol, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon natural aroma), natural aromas, acidity regulator (citric acid), dyes, limoncello dip 10% (alcohol, water, natural flavouring substances to liqueur, flavouring substances, natural flavouring substances). .
