The secret of our Panettone? Is Perrino mother yeast!
Panettone Chestnuts and Chocolate
We are particularly bond to these flavours. They make us think about our childhood and the simple and delicious snacks made by our grandmothers. We decided to share with these memories with you, preparing a panettone that arises from the blending of our dough, the chestnuts from Irpinia and the sweet taste of chocolate. This combination gives life to a sensational product with autumnal scents. For this panettone we exclusively use the excellent Montella chestnuts, a PGI product, considered among the best chestnuts produced in Italy. The final result is covered with a chocolate frosting.
Ingredients
Natural leavened baked handmade product, with candied chestnuts and dark chocolate.
INGREDIENTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh BUTTER, A category pasteurized fresh EGG yolk, water, mother yeast, candied chestnuts pieces 20% (chestnuts, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), dark chocolate 70% (sugar, coco pasta, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), honey, candied orange pasta, candied lemon pasta, vanilla pasta (glucose syrup, sugar, water, Bourbon vailla natural extract, caramelized sugar), sea salt, wheat malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.
FROSTING: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, rise flour, corn amid, powdered glucose.
COVERING: dark chocolate (cocoa pasta 70%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma, water, sugar, glucose, alcohol 95%.
DECORATION: dark chocolate shavings (cocoa pasta, sugar, cocoa butter, butter (MILK), emulsifier: SOY lecithin (E322) (SOY). Cocoa 50% min.
May contain traces of SULFITES and NUTS
It contains GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS and SOY.

To be stored in a fresh and dry place, far from heat sources.
In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
