This Panettone has been created to satisfy chocaholic people! We mixed the traditional gianduia from Turin tradition with the classic dough of traditional panettone by Prestigious Perrino Bakery. The final result is surprising: a triumph of chocolate made possible thanks to the meeting between nuts and dark or milk chocolate drops. The entire product is covered with Perrino’s dark chocolate frosting, balancing the sweetness of milk chocolate and providing this panettone with a special taste.
Ingredients
INGREDEINTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh butter, A category pasteurized fresh egg yolk, water, dark chocolate 50% (sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla aroma) MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass Giava, emulsifier: SOY lecithin and natural vanilla aroma) dark chocolate 70% (cocoa pasta, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), chestnut pasta, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla pasta (glucose syrup, sugar, water, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, caramelized sugar), sea salt, WHEAT malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.FROSTING: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, rise flour, corn amid, powdered glucose.
DECORATION: Whole HAZELNUTS, granulated sugar.

In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
