We decided to enhance the flavours of our land by making the Panettone Limoncello, an exceptional product characterized by the inimitable scent and flavour of Sorrento lemons. Thanks to this product, you will live a gastronomic experience by which you will be transported to the breathtaking landscapes of Sorrento coast. We merged the intense flavour of limoncello with the sweetness of chocolate and candied lemon peel, giving birth to a strong and surprising combination. The external part is covered with greedy of white chocolate shavings.
Ingredients
Natural leavened baked handmade product stuffed with limoncello custard.INGREDEINTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh butter, A category pasteurized fresh EGG yolk, water, mother yeast, candied lemon cubes (lemons, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, candied orange pasta, candied lemon pasta, vanilla pasta (glucose syrup, sugar, water, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, caramelized sugar), sea salt, wheat malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.
STUFFING: limoncello custard 15% /glucose syrup, sweetened condensed MILK, sugar, alcohol, dextrose, modified amid, limoncello liquor 3% (water, alcohol, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon natural aromas), natural aromas, acidity regulator (citric acid), colorant (curcumin).
FROSTING: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, rise flour, corn amid, powdered glucose
COVERING: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma).
DECORATION: white chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322) (SOY),, natural vanilla aroma).

To be stored in a fresh and dry place, far from heat sources.
In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
