The secret of our Panettone? Is Perrino mother yeast!
Panettone Pear and Chocolate
In this Panettone, the traditional dough meets the sweetness of candied peers and the intense flavour of dark chocolate. This is a traditional combination of flavours which will present you with a characteristic product, revised by our pastry chefs, who managed to personalize it. The product is covered with delicious granulated sugar.
Ingredients
Natural leavened baked handmade product with candied pear and chocolate
INGREDIENTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh BUTTER, A category pasteurized fresh EGG yolk, water, mother yeast, candied pear cubes 20% (pear, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), dark chocolate 50% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), honey, candied orange pasta, candied lemon pasta, vanilla pasta (glucose syrup, sugar, water, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, caramelized sugar), sea salt, WHEAT MALT, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.
FROSTINF: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, rise flour, corn amid, powdered glucose
DECORATION: granulated sugar
May contain traces of SULFITES and NUTS. It contains GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS and SOY.

To be stored in a fresh and dry place, far from heat sources.
In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
