The secret of our Panettone? Is Perrino mother yeast!
Pistachio and Black Cherry Panettone 500gr
This is an uncommon but successful combination of ingredients, perfect for greedy people. In this panettone, the traditional dough meets the unique flavour of pistachio and the greediness of candied black cherries. The final result is the balanced mixture of tastes, which allows anyone to try an innovative gastronomic experience. To emphasize the flavour of pistachio, we also covered this panettone with white chocolate frosting and homemade pistachio custard.
Ingredients
Natural leavened baked handmade product, with candied black cherries and pistachio.
INGREDIENTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh BUTTER, A category pasteurized fresh EGG yolk, water, mother yeast, candied black cherries 20% (black cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, candied orange pasta, candied lemon pasta, vanilla pasta (glucose syrup, sugar water, Bourbon vanilla natural extract, caramelized sugar). E471 Fatty acids mono and diglycerides, sea salt, WHEAT MALT, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.
FROSTING: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, rise flour, corn amid, powdered glucose.
DECORATION: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), PISTACHIO pasta 3% (pistachio), granulated PISTACHIO.
May contain traces of SULFITES and NUTS.
It contains GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS and SOY.
Highlighted ingredients may provoke reactions in allergic or intolerant people.
To be stored in a fresh and dry place, far from heat sources.
In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
