Spantorrone
Our spantorrone is a gastronomic work of art that elevates the concept of torrone to new heights of deliciousness. This delicacy combines the tradition of handmade torrone with the enveloping softness of sponge cake, creating a unique gastronomic experience.
At the heart of this product lies a delicate fusion of golden honey and sugar, to obtain a crunchy and satisfying consistency. Toasted almonds, with their rich flavor and irresistible crunch, are trapped in this mixture, creating a base that anticipates the delicious contrast with the soft sponge cake.
The spantorrone is more than just a dessert; it is a multi-sensory experience that combines intense flavours with varied textures. Packaged with care, it represents the perfect combination of handmade pastry tradition and gastronomic innovation, offering an irresistible treat for torrone and sponge cake lovers.
Ingredients
Natural leavened baked handmade product with Australian sultana and candied orange peel.
INGREDIENTS: Tender grain flour type “0”, fresh BUTTER, A category pasteurized fresh EGG yolk, water, mother yeast, Australian sultana 10% (dried sultana, sunflower seed oil), candied orange cubes 5% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, candied orange pasta, candied lemon pasta, vanilla pasta (glucose syrup, sugar, water, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, caramelized sugar), sea salt, wheat malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands.
FROSTING: rough entire ALMONDS, granulated sugar
May contain traces of SULFITES and NUTS.
It contains GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS and SOY.

To be stored in a fresh and dry place, far from heat sources.
In order to enjoy our panettone at its best, it is advisable to put it near a heat source, not exceeding 30°, few hours before eating it.
After having opened it, it is advisable to consume the product preferably within a week and to store it in a well-sealed bag.
