Who is responsible for processing your personal data
Perrino Pregiata Pasticceria is the website of Perrino Eventi Srl (hereinafter "our company"), with registered office at Perrino Eventi Srl – Zona industriale Asi Valle Ufita 83040 Flumeri AV. Our company manages the website Perrino Pregiata Pasticceria (hereinafter "our web platform").
Perrino Eventi Srl (info@perrino.it hereinafter "the Controller") is the controller of the personal data collected through our web platform.
How we collect your personal data
Our company collects your personal data in the following circumstances:
- if you contact us directly, for example through our web platform, via email or by telephone through our direct line, in order to request information about our products and services,
- if you purchase one of our products or services,
- if you respond to our marketing campaigns, for example by filling out a response form, or by entering data on our web platform,
- if your contact details are communicated to us by a third party with your consent,
- if other companies in our group or commercial partners lawfully transfer your personal data to us,
- if we acquire your personal data from other sources (e.g. from intermediaries), in full compliance with applicable regulations,
- if you participate in an event organized by our company.
If you provide personal data on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure, before doing so, that the data subject has read this Privacy Policy.
If you are under 16 years of age, please do not provide us with any personal data.
We ask for your support in informing us of any changes to your personal data in order to keep them up to date.
What personal data concerning you may be collected
The following data may be collected through the various services and contact channels described in this Privacy Policy, always respecting your expressed consent:
- Contact data – information relating to name, address, telephone number, email address,
- Interests – information you provide us regarding your interests,
- Other personal data – information you provide us regarding your date of birth or professional situation,
- Contract data – customer code, file number,
- Use of the Site and Communications – information relating to the ways in which you use our site, open or forward our communications, including information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies (read our cookie policy) and, for emails, through a non-visible image and the links contained in the message, which show whether and when the email was opened and which links were selected, together with the IP address and the type of device used,
- Online account data - information about accounts to access our web platform,
- Sales and Assistance information – information relating to purchases, support and assistance, including complaints,
- Images – images depicting you collected through photos and/or videos taken during events organized by our company.
What are the purposes of using your data
Your personal data will be processed, for the purposes described below, mainly with IT tools. To facilitate understanding, we divide them into:
- purposes with necessary consents, i.e. situations in which you must necessarily consent to the processing of your data as they are strictly necessary to manage your request and/or to fulfill any contractual obligation towards you. If you refuse to provide us with such information, we will not be able to correctly follow up on your request and/or fulfill the legal, regulatory and regulatory obligations that may be incumbent on our company;
- purposes with optional consents, in this circumstance you must give explicit consent also through checkboxes specifically displayed within our web platform before submitting a specific request. Choice: Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a written communication to our data processing manager or through our web platform;
- purposes of legitimate interest, i.e. when we use your personal data to pursue a legitimate interest relating to our company. You may object if the conditions exist.
NECESSARY Consents
N1) Fulfillment of a request from you: necessary to follow up on your requests. Our company collects your contact data in order to respond to your requests, also sharing, only when strictly necessary, the strictly necessary information with the staff of our company but also with suppliers / affiliated companies that can act as independent data controllers exclusively upon release of their own information.
N2) Sale of our products / services: to manage the sale of our products / services. Our company collects your personal data if you purchase a product / service. Our company may also use this information to identify and resolve any technical or other issues relating to the provision of the products / services purchased. With regard to our web platform, if you interrupt the purchase procedure after having previously entered your personal data and given this necessary consent, your data will be automatically removed from our systems within a maximum of 60 minutes (for this period of time they will be stored in our systems, but can only be retrieved from your device, to facilitate any changes to your order).
OPTIONAL Consents
F1) Internal promotional purposes: to provide you with news and/or promotional offers / discounts / information regarding the purchase of our products. Our company collects your personal data and may use it to send you information on Sales and Assistance of our products / services and/or contact you regarding commercial offers in line with your preferences or to invite you to promotional events, as well as to carry out market research and/or customer satisfaction surveys.
F2) Newsletter sending: to allow the periodic sending of newsletters. Our company uses your email exclusively to send you periodic communications with informative content relating to our company and/or ongoing events / promotions. On the basis of the same consent, in order to assess the interest of the communications sent, we record the opening of emails and the clicks on the links they contain, as described under «Use of the Site and Communications». Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by writing to info@perrino.it.
F3) Promotion of our company: to promote our brand on social channels or other means of communication. If during our events a video recording and/or photographic shooting service is scheduled, our company may collect Image data, without recognizing any compensation, in order to publish them on our social channels (e.g.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) or dissemination through the press in local, national or international newspapers.
F4) External promotional purposes: to provide you with news and/or promotional offers / discounts / information regarding the purchase of products offered by other companies in our group and/or our partner companies.
Legitimate INTEREST
L1) The personal data collected for the purpose referred to in point N1) may also be processed for the further purpose of Verifying the effectiveness of the response to your requests, in order to improve the service provided to its customers. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of our company in order to evaluate the degree of effectiveness of responses to customer requests so as to verify that the quality standards of services are in line with those set by our company in the interest of the customers themselves.
L2) Support for the sale and assistance of our products / services: to provide you with support during the sale and/or assistance of one of our products / services it may be necessary to use your personal data. In this case we will use them exclusively to provide you with the assistance / sale you requested.
L3) The personal data collected for the purpose referred to in point L2) may also be processed, in order to carry out your requests, with our suppliers / affiliated companies that can act as independent data controllers upon release of their own information.
L4) If you are a journalist, your contact details may be processed to inform you about activities carried out by our company that may have journalistic relevance.

When you first access the site, a banner is displayed with two options:

How we manage the security of your personal data
We use various IT security measures in order to improve the protection of your information, the integrity and accessibility of your personal data. Although it is not possible to guarantee security from intrusions for data transmission that takes place over the internet and websites, we strive to ensure that this does not happen. If we have provided you with (or you have chosen) a password that allows you to access our web platform or a personal link for managing your information, you will be responsible for maintaining the secrecy of this password / link and for complying with any other security procedure we notify you of. We ask you to carefully keep passwords / personal links and not to share them with anyone.
Retention times for your information
We retain your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for any other legitimate related purpose (for example, where they are relevant for a defense against claims made against us or in the presence of a legitimate interest). Therefore, if personal data is processed for two different purposes, we will retain such data until the purpose with the longest term expires; however, we will no longer process personal data for that purpose whose retention period has expired.
Your personal data that is no longer necessary, or for which there is no longer a legal basis for its retention, is permanently deleted. For this purpose, personal data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. For greater clarity, we report below the retention periods:
- Personal data relating to optional consents: 10 years from the date on which we obtained your last consent for that purpose (except for the objection to receive further communications).
- Personal data relating to necessary consents: the data processed to fulfill any contractual obligation with you, may be retained for the entire duration of the contract as well as for a subsequent 10 years from the end of the fiscal year following the relevant one, to deal with any tax assessment and/or dispute. If there is no contractual obligation on our part towards you, your personal data will be kept by our company for the time necessary to manage your request, after which they will be removed.
- In case of disputes: in the event that it is necessary to defend ourselves or act or even advance claims against you or third parties, we may retain the personal data that we deem reasonably necessary to process for such purposes, for the time in which such claim can be pursued.
- Data on email opens and clicks: 12 months from collection.
- Data collected through cookies: data collected through cookies is stored for the period indicated in the Cookie Policy. Consent to cookies is valid for 12 months.
Data protection rights and right to file complaints

Under current regulations, you have the right to ask us:
- further details on the processing we carry out,
- a copy of the personal data you have provided us,
- to update any inaccuracy in the data in our possession,
- to delete any data for which we no longer have any legal basis for processing,

- to object to any processing based on legitimate interests unless the reasons for which we are obliged to carry out such processing outweigh any prejudice to your data protection rights,
- to limit the way we process your personal data during the investigation of a complaint.
In the event that you, if the conditions exist, revoke your consent or exercise the right to deletion, it will be necessary to consider that this operation may require a technical processing time that we will endeavor to minimize, but during which you may still be contacted as part of the marketing activities already undertaken. If you are not satisfied with the way we process your personal data, or with our response, you will have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
