For generations we devote ourselves to the reception and care of our customers. Our business, which employs over 150 workers, is specialized in the organization of large receptions,, especially weddings, during which we take care of every single aspect, necessary to make your experience unique. We have been carrying on our family business for decades, in Grottaminarda, thanks to Benedetto Perrino, the founder, who learnt the secrets of the trade since his childhood, during which he worked in his parents’ restaurant in Villanova del Battista.
Over the years, good intuitions, gained experience and professionalism led to the expansion of our business and to the opening of two wonderful locations, Villa Belvedere in 1970 and Villa Regina in 1994, where millions of customers have been hosted up to now. Event management with hundreds of guests requires devotion and work attitude, all values that trace our daily path and that allow us to impeccably achieve our goals. Our work has been complicated but extremely professionalizing, allowing us to establish a deep connection with the customer as well as to create perfect products for every need...

Perrino’s long-lasting business doesn’t intend to stop, and today it goes on with us:
we are Damiano and Lorenzo Perrino, and we finally decided to share with you some of the secrets of our trade, opening the doors of our Pregiata Pasticceria. Our desire is to give you the chance to discover the amazing products made by our pastry-chefs. During the last period we decided to improve our abilities in the world of homemade pastry, in order to carry out an excellent product, able to present people with an exclusive gastronomic experience. This is the reason why wee specialized in the making of leavened products, developing the perfect recipe for a unique and unmistakable taste.
In addition to events planning and confectionery products making, we also deal with the production of extraordinary primary products, such as wine, oil and flour.
The history of our family has its roots in the ancient tradition of hospitality, in which we have distinguished ourselves for decades. We are attached to our family tradition that can also be found in our products.
Our mission is to share with you our precious confectionery tradition. The time has come to give everyone the chance to taste our timeless recipes, handed down from generation to generation. So far, we have reserved our handmade sweets for the customers who, every year, participate in the events organized in our locations. Their feedbacks, the attitude towards sharing and the passion for our job led us to the expansion of our production and to the spreading of the ethical values of our family. To us, handicraft is what allows us to emerge and to distinguish ourselves. It is also the result of the transformation of passion into profession and the quality for which we are recognized by our clients.
Passion for bakery has been transmitted to us by our grandparents, Lorenzo, Amalia, Gabriele and Rosa: they were our first masters and their technical and human precepts have always guided us. We have always been driven by great ambition. We often like to remember and relive, through our products, the experiences we had as children, when grandpa Lorenzo taught us how to recognize the best ingredients, suitable for the preparation of delicious recipes or when, with curious eyes, we observe the skillful hands of our grandmothers, intent on making traditional dishes. Since childhood, we followed our inclination towards the world of gastronomy and pastry. Our efforts, our education, our energies led us to be successful in our field. Luckily, our parents, with whom we share the love for such a beautiful profession, have always supported, allowing us to reach all the goals we had in mind. Together we walked this path and made our dream come true.
Over the years we have been forced to face stimulating new challenges, but thanks to the support of our coworkers, we emerged stronger than before. An extremely complex moment was the Covid19 pandemic, during which our business was interrupted and, as a consequence, we found ourselves passing through the empty rooms of our locations. Nevertheless, thanks to our creativity, engagement and passion, we reacted and we decided to specialize in the production of handmade leavened products signed by Perrino. Of course, we spent a long time trying studying and revising the recipes of Perrino’s confectionery tradition and, in this way, we also had the chance to strengthen the bond with our past.
Thanks to the acknowledge of our tradition, we developed a surprising handmade product, made with genuine ingredients from our territory. Trough our products you will perceive the unicity of our territory, thanks to the presence of local ingredients such as the lemon from Sorrento or coffee, the indisputable protagonist of our regional dishes. Thanks to a long and detailed work of research and experimentation, we have managed to obtain the perfect combination, which arises from the encounter between the Milanese pastry-making tradition and the high quality of the raw materials typical of our area. We delved into the confectionery tradition and brought to light ancient flavors, in order to preserve them and share them through our production.
