Perrino savoury snacks are gluten-free and lactose-free taralli and breadsticks, made entirely by hand: soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Taralli and breadsticks
The taralli come in three versions: traditional, with fennel and wholemeal, made with whole buckwheat flour and sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seeds. Alongside the taralli, the breadsticks. All are made with extra virgin olive oil and processed with rice flour.

They are designed to enrich an aperitif, to accompany cold cuts and wine or as a treat at any time, also for those who cannot eat gluten and lactose.
