The Perrino limoncello colomba brings the flavours of the Campanian tradition to the colomba: Sorrento lemons, Perrino's own limoncello cream and white chocolate.
The recipe
In the mother-yeast dough, candied lemon cubes; the filling is limoncello cream (15%). On top, an almond glaze, a white chocolate coating and white chocolate curls, which balance the lemon.
How to enjoy and store it
