This Panettone represents the perfect marriage between the unmistakable Milanese pastry and the traditional Campanian one. We decided to use the unquestionable protagonist of Neapolitan conviviality: coffee. This ingredient has an intense aroma which makes us think about the scent of our grandmothers’ kitchens. The classic dough, flavoured with coffee, in enriched with milk chocolate and vanilla beans from Bourbon Islands and it is perfect to satisfy the sweet tooth. The entire product is covered with an excellent white and milk chocolate frosting.

A coffee dough, leavened with mother yeast
The dough is the classic panettone dough, leavened with mother yeast, made with soft wheat flour, fresh butter and egg yolk, and flavoured with espresso and soluble coffee. It is enriched with milk chocolate, which makes up 23% of the panettone, and Bourbon vanilla pods, for a taste designed for those with a sweet tooth.
The glaze and the topping
On top, an almond glaze and a white chocolate topping, decorated with milk chocolate and cereal crisps.
The size
The panettone weighs 1 kg and is an artisanal baked product. It should be eaten within 30 days of the production date.
